Tile Backsplash & Floating Shelves

The client wanted a herringbone backsplash on one of their kitchen walls, complete with floating shelves and a hood vent over the range.

Before: Kitchen

The kitchen wall was prepped

Preparation

All shelves and the hood vent were test fitted

A laser level was used to ensure each tile was lined up perfectly

Backsplash Done

The pot filler, floating shelves, and hood vent were installed after the herringbone backsplash was ready

Almost Done

A custom wood frame was designed and installed for the hood vent chimney

Finished

A custom hood vent chimney was designed and installed
