Primary Bedroom Renovation

The client requested a complete renovation of their primary bedroom. They wanted a refreshed space with a modern feel, new flooring, and updated closet system.

Before

Large marble tiles were installed poorly and the ceiling fan was outdated

Before: Original Closet

The closet was mostly shelves, had limited rods, and poor lighting

During: Mid-Renovations

Relocated the closet wall to the opposite side of the room and replaced marble tile flooring with hardwood

During: Almost Done

Fresh paint, new ceiling fan, outlets, switches, and covers replaced with white versions

After: New Closet System

Designed and installed a new closet system

After: Finished Bedroom

Hung prints, installed curtain rods, hung curtains, reassembled the bed frame, and moved the mattress

Secondary Bedroom Remodel

The client requested a partial remodel of their second bedroom. They wanted to replace the vinyl flooring with hardwood, make the opening to the closet a standard door size, add new floor trim and door moldings, fresh paint, and a ceiling fan. They also wanted to replace the large slider with an energy efficient window.

Before

Poorly installed vinyl flooring, small baseboards, no ceiling fan, large inefficient slider

During Renovation

Vinyl flooring was removed, concrete floors were leveled, and new hardwood flooring was glued down

Slider Replaced with New Window

An old 8' slider was replaced with a new, 8' energy efficient window

After

New hardwood floors, fresh paint, new trim, ceiling fan installed

Living Room Remodel

The client requested a complete remodel of their living room. They wanted to replace the old vinyl flooring with the new flooring that was used throughout the rest of the house. They also wanted to remove the pine paneling on the walls, paint the brick wall, install a new ceiling light, and hook up a wood stove.

The living room was dark and dated

During Renovation

The pine paneling was removed from the walls and the vinyl flooring was pulled up

New Flooring Gets Installed

After all the walls were painted, new flooring was installed

The updated living room has a much brighter and modern feel
