Meet Your Handyman: Josh O'Neil

Josh O'Neil is the owner of Beerd Builds. He was born and raised in New Hampshire and has lived in Colorado while most recently residing in Utah before moving back to NH with his wife to raise their daughter in the beautiful Monadnock region. Josh is currently a stay-at-home dad and does handyman work and other projects on nights and weekends.

​Josh had a DIY upbringing and encouragement to figure out how things work and to make them better. He started building and helping to fix things at a young age, and brought that DIY mentality into adulthood. From building his first tree house with his dad as a kid, to renovating multiple properties, and overseeing the renovation of hundreds of foreclosed properties as an adult, he has years of experience across a variety of handyman and renovation disciplines. Josh has also completed several design-build projects, including a large three bay carport structure, shed, custom shelving, built-ins, and a Murphy bed.

With a Bachelor degree in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology, a love for building things, and a knack for problem solving, Josh will take on projects of any size with a strong attention to detail, clear communication, and enthusiasm. Now, this self proclaimed "jack-of-all-trades" is bringing his years of knowledge and experience to help those in his community.
